1. Introduction
Welcome to Omals Beauty! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Omals Beauty's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Rules and Policy

• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
• The $30 will go towards your payment on the day (i.e., appointment cost = $100; balance on appointment date = $70).
• Rescheduled appointments must be done within 72 hours of the original appointment time.
• Preferred Pre-stretched Hair: 3x Ruwa Pre-stretched X-pression or Pre-Stretched X-pression Hair.

3. DOs & DON'Ts

DON’Ts

• Avoid smoking before your appointment due to health reasons.
• No company is allowed.
• Fake hair extensions will not be used and may result in rescheduling the appointment depending on time and proximity to a nearby hair store.
• We do not redo old braids and hairstyles.
• We do not confirm appointment bookings without a $30 deposit fee.
• If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please do not contact us to book an appointment.
• Swearing, negativity, or gossiping is not allowed. We kindly advise you to respect the atmosphere while we cater to your needs.

DO’s

• Hair must be clean (freshly washed with no added product) and completely blown out prior to arrival.
• Kindly speak up when feeling uncomfortable or misunderstood.
• Text or call in case of an emergency or need to reschedule your appointment.
• You are permitted to eat during your appointment.
• You are permitted to use your PC during your appointment.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment
All payments for services must be made at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
Omals Beauty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omals Beauty from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to the terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by and be bound by the modified terms.
